Keynote Speaker 1

Prof. Yong Tang

South China Normal University,, China

Tang yong, Founder of ScholarCN, a National Distinguished Teacher, a National Leading Talent (the Ten-Thousand Talents Program), and an expert enjoying the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He is also an Outstanding Talent of the New Century of the Ministry of Education and a first batch of Level-2 Professor at South China Normal University. He serves as the Director of the Virtual Teaching and Research Office for the Data Science Course Group of the Ministry of Education, a Distinguished Scientist at Pazhou Laboratory, the Academic Vice President of Guangdong University of Science and Technology, and the Executive Vice President of the Guangdong Computer Federation. His research focuses on scholar social networks and data intelligence. He has won numerous awards, including the First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education, the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, Baosteel Education Award, Ding Ying Science and Technology Award, Excellent Teacher of the MOE-Huawei Intelligent Base Program, CCF Outstanding Contribution Award in Collaborative Computing, and CCF Distinguished Speaker Award.

Keynote Speaker 2

Prof. Chengzhe Yuan

Guangdong University of Technology and Education, China

Dr. Yuan Chengzhe, Master’s Supervisor, Senior Engineer at Guangdong University of Technology and Education. He was selected for the 2025-2026 Young Scientific and Technological Talents Cultivation Program of the Guangdong Association for Science and Technology, and serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Technical Committee on Collaborative Computing of China Computer Federation (CCF TCCC). In recent years, he has presided over and participated in the General Program of Guangdong Natural Science Foundation as well as municipal and departmental-level projects. His current research and teaching focus on intelligent education, scholar large language models, and recommendation systems. He has published more than 10 papers in renowned domestic and international academic journals and conferences, including World Wide Web Journal, Frontiers in Physics and Science China: Information Sciences. In the past three years, he has won 2 Science and Technology Awards and 1 Education and Teaching Achievement Award of the Guangdong Computer Federation.

Keynote Speaker 3

Prof. Yikui Zhai

Wuyi University, China

Ph.D. in Signal and Information Processing, Beihang University. He currently serves as Vice Dean (in charge of the work) of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Wuyi University, Director of a Provincial Engineering Research Center, as well as a government-sponsored visiting scholar at the University of Milan and a visiting scholar at Peking University. He holds the positions of Member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence; Director and Member of the Youth Committee of the Guangdong Society of Image and Graphics, Member of the Blockchain Technical Committee of the Guangdong Computer Federation, Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Director of the Image Branch of the Chinese Society for Stereology, Member of the China Society of Image and Graphics, and IEEE Senior Member. He is the Leader of the Characteristic Key Discipline of Signal and Information Processing in Guangdong Province, and was selected for the Excellent Young Teachers Training Program of Higher Education Institutions in Guangdong Province. His main research interests include intelligent information processing, remote sensing image processing, and industrial visual inspection and its applications. He has presided over or participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level projects, and won one Second Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and one Second Prize of the Science and Technology Award of a national first-class society as the first completed person. He has published more than 100 academic papers in international authoritative journals including IEEE TGRS, IEEE TII and Acta Electronica Sinica, and obtained more than 100 authorized patents at home and abroad, including over 60 authorized national invention patents and 8 authorized invention patents in Europe and the United States.
